Vikings: Valhalla Season 2 officially returns to Netflix on 12th January 2023. Yes, the adventures of famous Vikings are to restart soon. Prepare for the next chapter in Vikings: Valhalla, as Leif and Freydis return to Jomsborg. Vikings: Valhalla is a Netflix drama series created by Jen Stuart for the streaming service, documenting a bloody fun dramatization of Leif Lucky’s conquests. The genre-defying television series is inspired by the sagas of a semi-mythical Norse hero, Ragnar Lodbrok, who, according to legends, was a Viking and was mainly popular for being a scourge of West Francia and Anglo-Saxon England respectively. And, what legacy Ragnar built for Vikings Valhalla led the audience to demand another season for the historical drama.

And, after the release of Vikings: Valhalla season 1 boast of heart-throbbing action-filled moments, Jen is all set to revisit the lavishly earthy world of gore in Vikings: Valhalla season 2. Yes, you are not daydreaming. The streaming giant already released an official trailer of the eight-episodic series, teasing a continuation of more epic antics of the fierce trio Leif, Freydis and Harald. What Happened in the Assassin Creed Valhalla Season 2 trailer?

Set 100 years after the Vikings timeline, the Vikings: Valhalla season 2 will revolve around the scary but exciting experience of the brave trio Leif, Freydis and Harald. The new season of Vikings: Valhalla will bring a new generation-heroes kicking off their new journey. 

According to the official assassin creed Valhalla trailer, released three weeks ago, a band of courageous predators chase some men in the dense forest. Further, it is disclosed that those men were bounty hunters back there, and the attack occurred because someone had paid them to kill Harald. As Freydis and Harald head on their way, a strange human-like creature appears, explaining why Olaf has placed a price on Harald and her sister’s heads. The peculiar creature adds- This is a peaceful place, but the cries you run from have not ceased.

As the video progresses, it is unveiled that Freydis and Harald segregate to ensure they survive the uneven attacks. After the duo part ways, they develop different targets and decide what they want ahead with their lives. 

While Harald goes on to claim the Norway throne but is soon taken aback when he learns e is not the only one there claiming the throne. And similar to Freydis, Harald is also assigned a difficult task to secure his position. Thereby, he encounters a man who says- You must transport something to the emperor in Constantinople. This indicates Harald to go hell-bent on achieving something that is rightfully his. 

On the other side, Freydis reaches Jomsborg to reside over the semi-legendary Viking stronghold; the community of the southern-coast area welcomes her wholeheartedly. What initially looks like a calm under-chaos scenario turns into an awry situation when Freydis is forced to do something against her principles. Not just that, but the assassin creed Valhalla trailer, also shows up Freydis carrying a child, indicating the latter is probably married. 

As the trailer heads to conclude, we see Harald and Freydis reuniting with each other while a familiar threat awaits them. They are challenged by their enemies, and thereby, a devastating fight strikes between the two sides, and whosoever wins the war wins the Norway throne. 

Vikings Valhalla season 2 features an ensemble cast with Sam Corlett, Leo Suter, and Frida Gustavsson featured to play the show’s main roles. The other supporting cast for the new assassin creed Valhalla series is Mark Huberman, Taylor James, Laura Berlin, Bradley Freegard, David Oakes, Louis Davison, James Ballanger, Christopher Rygh, Lujza Richter, Kenneth M.
