  • Spy X Family

IMDB – 8.5

Where to Watch- Netflix

live action anime

How will you react if someday you get to know the family you live with has its dark secrets? Your husband is a Spy; your daughter is a runaway psychic, your wife is an undercover assassin, and the pet dog you spend your fun time with has powers to tell the future. Hmm! That will seriously take your breath out. Tatsuya Endo’s manga adaptation of Spy X Family shares this mysterious reality.

A Spy named Twilight is on an undercover mission and needs a family to keep a common man’s identity. As part of his super-genius plan, he marries a Hall worker Yor, a secret assassin, and adopts a daughter Anya, a runaway psychic and a dog who can damn tell us the future. This one crazy family we met last year brings us nerve-wracking drama and bone-break fights when twists unfold gradually. As they overcome their shyness and get much-needed actions, they take the action anime world by storm, and we, for that reason, are their big-big fan. And the super-cuter Anya is a treat to watch and truly shines in the show.

Spy X family is a Japanese manga anime series created by Tatsuya Endo. Spy X Family has released a total of 2 seasons in the same year. While the first season was released in April, the second season premiered in October 2022. Reportedly, Spy X Family has exhausted its material adapted from Manga chapters; it is improbable that the series to renew with another season.

  • Love of Kill

IMDB- 6.7

Where to Watch- Crunchyroll

action anime to watch

Two psychos fall in Love with Kill at a specific workplace. Chateau, a cool bounty hunter, and Ryang-Ha powerful and mysterious assassin, reach loggerheads with each other. But when things seem to change from Ryang-Ha’s side, and he generates a liking for Chateau, he follows her everywhere and saves her on several occasions. Even though the two’s duties make them rivals, they have drawn romantically towards each other and formed an alliance to deal with the common threat that awaits in the form of Donald Bachman.

What’s next follows in the story is a high-action drama and power-packed fighting sequels, which genuinely makes us fall for this psychic love story. Although, why Ryang-Ha approached Chateau after they had a face-off at the workplace intrigued us further. Hopefully, another season that unfolds sooner or later will answer the mysteries.
