As Fury tells Selvig that the Tesseract would be a source of almost limitless power if “they figure out how to tap” it, Loki appears in a mirror and murmurs, “Well, I guess that’s worth a look.” Selvig repeats the same, hinting at his part in The Avengers, where Loki controls his mind.

Hawkeye

Clint Barton, one of the original six members of the Avengers team on the big screen, receives a happy epilogue in the form of an MCU musical number. An entire song from Rogers: The Musical, titled “Save This City,” is performed as if it were a Broadway performance.

The Ant-Man and The Wasp

In the mid-credit scene, while The Wasp, Hank Pym, and Janet van Dyne continue communicating with him from Earth, Ant-Man returns to the Quantum Realm to treat Ghost.

In the first credit scene, the leader of the Chitauri alien force is shown addressing the failure of their attack on Earth to a mystical alien. The alien turns and smiles at the suggestion that fighting with The Avengers would be “courting death itself.” The smile comes from the fact that “Death” is personified in the Marvel Universe as someone Thanos desperately wants to please. Of course, that alien is the previously rumoured Thanos.
